Your Shield Throws now weaken targets, create a Void Breach on final blows, and become shield-piercing, stunning [Shield-Piercing] Barrier Champions and refunding a Shield Throw charge when you do. Picking up a Void Breach grants you Shield Throw energy.

Build Details

How It Works

This is a WIP Titan build that focuses on defensive area control and offensive action. I made a brief summary of the gameplay loop above but here will be the full more concrete breakdown.

Rough stat distribution Should be: RESILIENCE 100 RECOVERY 50+ DISCIPLINE 100 STRENGTH 50+ RESIL SHOULD BE 100 ON TITAN REGARDLESS

(**In the current sandbox ability come back fast enough plus there are MANY ability regen weapon perks, armor mods, fragments your super will be back often in this build and your melee will be back with your energy weapon/Facet of Balance.)

For the most part the gameplay loop outline is fairly straight forward but I will put some points for the choices in gear. Fragment wise you want Facet of Purpose, Protection, Balance, Sacrifice and Bravery. you could change out Bravery for Ruin but honestly volatile/unravelling rounds on melee/grenade kill is better than ruin if consecration* isn't present.

Balance allows you to regen grenade energy with Ager's and Melee with your energy/heavy weapons allowing you to keep the shield throw charged if not fully then 1/2 charges.

SEASONAL MODS LISTED ARE OPTIONAL* BUT FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON ARE A HEALTHY BOOST TO THIS BUILD

In-Depth Explanation

Gameplay Loop
  1. Engage the fight with either a grenade, melee or Suspend
  1. Knock down a couple adds with your energy weapon/heavy (volt shot or volatile should be active be now)
  1. Follow up with another ability depending on which is charged (kinda like how you would play HOIL* Titan)
  1. Prismatic should be charged by this point if not use whatever elemental affinity you need to pop it and then slay out.
  1. Rinse/repeat steps 2 & 3 and use Transcendence as often as possible. save your super for the following:
  • Ad dense encounters
  • Champion/Mini Boss/Boss Burst
  • Ager's Sceptre Alt Fire Mode (Mainly for burst DPS on champ and/or ad clear*)
