Class item roll is Spirit of Inmost Light with Spirit of Cyrtarachne. VS Velocity Baton roll is Demolitionist with Attrition Orbs.
Build has a chance to spawn Firesprites, Ionic Traces, Void Breaches ans Stasis Shards. It also Jolts, Scorches, Ignites, Weakens, Slows, and Freezes. Also gives Woven Mail and Void Overshield and has a small chance to grant Devour.
Swap Outbreak for a Strand weapon and put the Synergy mod on it and you can create Tangles as well.
