Destiny 2 Warlock BuildNecrotic/Synothceps

it's the bread n' butter of the build since it interacts with both necrotic & synthoceps on solipsism that'll spread poison on hit and kills and be doing 165% more melee dmg to targets.

in update 8.2.0(FEB 4th 2025) Lightning surge now grant a bolt charge stack for each enemy hit and now does 30% more dmg toward any PvE combatant by 30% but removed getting amplified on cast which is not really a bad thing since u get it very consistently from the multi kill anyway

Also a obvious staple since it grants 3 melee charge for lightning and also interacts with BOTH necrotic & synthoceps on the class item when you opt not to lightning surge

Have this here to constantly have devour up from the lightning surge kill mostly to keep being offensive while asumming i have amplify, woven mail/frost armor(fragments section), and void overshield(Vexcalibur section)

Facet Of Balance is a obvious staple bc although arcane needle is a strand melee u still would get 10% melee energy bc lightning being a light melee ability

Facet Of Protection is standard bc how close you'll be in this build

Facet Of Purpose is purely here to provide you with woven mail when u pick up a orb but only lasts 5 seconds but since i play 3 heavy handed i'll have an orb for every lightning surge kill u get since its a 1 sec cooldown with 3. an alternative in case u don't want to play strand super is play stasis super for frost armor since it last longer at a slightly lower dmg resist

Facet of Dominance is here bc for the void part of the prismatic grenade to apply weaken but u can easily replace this with either Facet Of Awakening or Facet Of Dawn

as described in the fragments section 3 Heavy Handed is a must to constantly have woven mail/frost armor depending on the super u choose to the matching subclass on prismatic.

on the helmet Hand Ons is purely there to get super energy but if thats not your jam u can put what u feel u want there

on the legs recuperation is a common staple to get back some health and invigoration is there to get melee energy on orb pickup absolution is here for even more ability energy but u can replace with anything else u feel u want there

class item outreach is staple bc this is a melee build so is powerful attraction since u pick up the orb near your since i play phenix dive bc of its low cooldown but u can use healing rift if that betters for you
