Except from the rotation beginning (consume grenade->snap->phoenix) its easy to play. The panic ult is up most of the time because of the high ult generation from exotic primary weapon kills and damage. With the surge mods, weapon stat and exotic perk going tommy's damage rivals any heavyslot mg. With hellion and the higher scorch damage from Dawn Chorus your passive damage is enough for any easy content. And lastly the visually coolest roaming super (objectively) with buffed damage from the exo is good enough to use. I use the same build with parasite for solo dungeons btw.
