Your Bleak Watcher turrets are enhanced with extended range and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm. While standing in the storm, you are granted icicles over time. Icicles activate when you fire your weapons, applying Slow to targets they hit.

Build Details
If you wanna play hard content from range a pure stasis build with rime coat is probably better but this build is a bit of a hybid build for endgame and easy stuff.
1. throw ur turret on a mob
2. destroy the crystals with the granadelauncher
(watch out that you dont kill all the ads with the shot you want the stasis shatter to kill at least one to proc devour)
3.fire with primary (preferably an exotic light primary)
4. get ur nade back fast and ur transcendence too
5. use transcendence when you dont manage to proc devour
6. transcendence with snap meele is pretty strong close up cuz of constant stunns from the nade and ignitions.
As for stats try to get 200 in weapon and 100 for grenade. use font mods if u need they are underrated af.
