Your Bleak Watcher turrets are enhanced with extended range and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm. While standing in the storm, you are granted icicles over time. Icicles activate when you fire your weapons, applying Slow to targets they hit.

Build Details
Weapons: I recommend something with attrition orb to counter low orb generation. Also use something with good burst (choir of one, the new rocket pulse).
Stats: I try to get genade, meele and ult as close to 100 as possible and weapon to around 140.
Playstyle: Throw your turret on the biggest mob, get close and snapmeele. (If there is a champ do it on it) When devour is proced stand in the bleak domain and fire with your primary. (Because of the icicles you can insta freeze anything) I usually use transcendence and ult when i'm out of abilitys and devour is not active.
