Build Details

How It Works

After 100 Health and 100 Weapon stat, aim for 70 Grenade stat for a decent enough Transcendence grenade energy return on powered melee hits, then dump everything into your Melee stat.

Artifact perks are just a bonus and not elemental to the build.

A Skullfort provides healing and a melee charge refund on securing a powered melee kill.

B Bastion and Knockout will provide reliable +460% melee damage, Making A also very reliable, in turn.

C. On demand powered melee means a constantly buffed Bastion.

D. Armor mods ensure steady ammo supply and orb generation.

Gameplay Loop
  1. Hit with most of Bastion's pellets, i.e. an elite or a group to gain +300% melee damage for 3s and another +160% melee damage for 6s if you hurt something bad or broke a shield. Elite kills or breaking a shield will trigger a 9m wide dis-orienting explosion.
  2. Use the buffed Thunderclap to secure a kill, which will heal you, refund the melee charge and will create an Orb of Power. Bastion will gain a +45% damage buff, a 15% charge time reduction, and you will turn Radiant for empowered +20% weapon damage for 4s .
  3. Collect the orb to gain 2 Frost Armor stacks for 9s and +17% Bastion damage for 10s .
  4. Use Diamond Lances and Glacier Grenades to generate Darkness Energy and improve your weapon's performance, after freezing a target.

  1. Move close to the boss.
  2. Hit him with a full Bastion mag.
