Targets damaged by Arcane Needle emit a suspending detonation when defeated. Landing multiple Arcane Needles or Needlestorm on the same target immediately triggers a larger, more powerful detonation. Defeating suspended targets grants melee energy. Your Arcane Needles are strong against [Shield-Piercing]Barrier Champions.
Build Details
- Get Crazy amounts of transcendence energy with Khvostov
- Throw Storm Grenades and Arcane Needles at larger targets (can also throw one needle at small target to make it suspend larger targets nearby)
The whole point of this build is to get Transcendence and Song of Flame unreasonably fast and to keep priority targets suspended.
The YouTube clip shows the build in action in a -25 power solo Nightfall. You can see that in less than 2 minutes, I fully charge my super, and I get Transcendence twice
Kill things with Khvostov to spawn an orb, in order to get a 42% damage buff to said gun through Radiant Orbs and double Kinetic Surges, and to get Restoration through Facet of Purpose, AND 7 stacks of eyes up, guardian
Kill more things with Khvostov to keep your suit of buffs active, while also throwing Storm Grenades at priority targets. Don't be afraid to use all 3 Arcane Needles at once to create a large suspending detonation, as we have two ways to fully refund our Needle supply.
Use all remaining Needles, then Transcend (this will fully recharge your needles)
Use all remaining Needles, then use Song of Flame (this will fully charge your needles)
