When you have an overshield, your weapons gain increased accuracy, stability, handling, and damage against combatants, and final blows will grant a short period of increased mobility once the overshield is depleted.

Build Details

How It Works

Initiate: Use Ascension to leap into the air, Jolting nearby enemies and becoming Amplified.

Bombard: While airborne, lock onto 4+ targets with Eyes of Tomorrow. Fire to wipe the group and trigger a 100% ammo refund via Adaptive Ordnance.

Sustain: Constant kills will trigger Fortune's Favor, maintaining a near-permanent Overshield.

Close Quarters: Swap to MIDA Mini-Tool (Heal Clip/Incandescent) for rapid health regeneration and explosive Scorch clearing when enemies get too close.

Max Tanking: Use Seraphine Haze (Rimestealer) to stack Frost Armor, layered on top of your Overshield for ultimate damage reduction.

Burst: Rapid Solar and Kinetic kills will quickly charge Gunpowder Gamble. Throw it into enemy spawns for massive area-of-effect bursts between rocket volleys.

Armor Synergy: Equip Aion or Kepler armor as they provide the most useful perks for Rocket Launcher synergy. Whether you run a 2/2 split or a full 4-piece set of either, these are the optimal choices to maximize your heavy weapon's responsiveness and uptime.

Gameplay Loop

Ascend: Use Ascension to Jolt enemies and get into position.

Lock: Target 4+ enemies with Eyes of Tomorrow.

Fire: Wipe the wave to trigger the 100% ammo refund.

Sustain: Maintain Overshield and Frost Armor through constant kills.

Repeat: Stay airborne, stay shielded, and keep firing.
