So as I said in the video guys the clips you saw were me -38 power and -53 power so i'm very certain this build is viable in ANY level content.
Weapon choices are entirely up to you, iv preferred using solar weapons with this but you can run 3 pale heart weapons to take full advantage of the winning hand artifact perk. Essentially just make sure you match up your weapon energy type with siphons on your helmet.
1. Consume Storm Grenade for supercharged arc soul + amplified 2. Phoenix Dive class ability for Hellion Solar Buddy 3. Throw Arcane Needle melee to apply unravel debuff 4. Throw Storm Grenade for damage - assuming time still left on arc soul 5. Repeat
