(My stat spread leans heavily into resil [at max] and then tier 7 in recov and intel which get boosted to tier 10 with mods. Benevolence will boost your melee, grenade and rift cool down as well as the mods. Should be able to cycle your abilities with very high uptime, scorch will boost your dive CD even more.)
