Destiny 2 Titan BuildFrontline Shock Trooper

This build takes advantage of an interaction that I have yet to see in any Prismatic Tian build thus far, the interaction between Thruster + Drengr's Lash + Abeyant Leap.

Normally in a strand subclass, Abeyant Leap will always add 2 more strand suspending waves to a Titans barricade, as well as grant woven mail for suspensions.

Prismatic Titan however can equip Thruster which changes the way Drengr's Lash works. Instead of firing suspending waves, Drengr's lash will leave behind a strand knot that will detonate where the player was previously standing suspending targets.

If the player is ALSO wearing Abeyant Leap, the strand knot will launch itself into the air and track a nearby target to suspend. Normally the knot will simply detonate wherever you left it.

This interaction will also occur if the Titan is wearing a Stoicism exotic class item with Spirit of Abeyant , granted you will not receive the woven mail buff for suspending targets, only the strand knot tracking element.

Some other important elements of this build is orbs of power and the shield throw melee, both of which will grant you overshield for improved survivability in Grandmaster content.

There are also 5 different sources of damage mitigation occurring in the background, Woven Mail (suspensions), Overshields(Melee and Orbs), Resilience(obviously), Prismatic(Facet of Protection), and Amplified(Galvanic Armor). It is VERY hard to die in low level content and almost uncanny how tanky you feel in Grandmaster content.

Outbreak Perfected is my preferred weapon for Grandmaster content however it is very easy to swap Outbreak with Khvostov to have some more high octane fun, meanwhile the energy and power weapons are dealers choice.

My primary goal here was to create a Prismatic Titan build that could easily stand its ground in normal and GM content, without having to rely on Consecration + Frenzied Blade + Synthoceps. This build does include knockout simply for Orb generation, an uncharged knockout melee will proc heavy handed and spawn an orb, healing you and providing overshield + radiant. This Prismatic Titan build can easily assume a frontline role without needing to rely on melee chaining which can be extremely risky.

All-in-all, this build is VERY casual as it boosts defense while also forcing enemies to leave you alone, there's very little you need to actually do to make this build do its magic, which is what I like. I always prefer a build that does more work for me than the work I need to put in, and in this case, you dont need to do more work than: Shoot enemies and use abilities kinda close to those enemies.
