Build Details
The reason i use heat rises instead of touch of flames is becuase this build is already strong on its own. Heat rises just makes it more fun in my opinion.
in overall this build is just so much fun. because of the healing turret and the autoloader artifact, you can just keep spamming and get infinite ignitions. :)
Heat rises, then phoenix dive, then spam tommy's matchbook.
