Inmost Light + Cyrtarachne has been my favorite Hunter Cloak so far. It just offers so much value, and has so much innate synergy.

Inmost Light enables us to spam abilities at an unprecedented level, and whenever we cast our grenades, we get Woven Mail for 10 seconds.

Combined with Fragments and Aspects for massive amounts of feedback loops within the build.

My personal god roll is Arc Conductor, Wave Sword Frame, Swordmaster's Guard, and Enduring Blade.

This thing is just, a monster. Some of the best Add Clear I've ever personally used, coupled with some pretty immense levels of single target DPS, nearly unlimited ammo via catalyst passive, and free access to Amplified for movement.

It's near the top of the charts for single target damage from Ergo, while being the best option for add clear. The ability to just, pop prismatic, and wail on a boss, passively killing things nearby to generate orbs to keep us alive and just keep pumping boss DPS is just wild.

I've gotten 20k kills on this thing in a little over a week. This weapon is well worth the grind. To note, Caster Frame is an acceptable swap, but you will lose out on single target damage in exchange for a ranged attack option for your sword.

1. Hope - More Class Ability recovery for having a light buff active (radiance / void overshield). Pretty straightforward, we want our dodge more often to feed our melee, and Inmost Light loop.

2. Dawn - Powered Melee Attacks make you Radiant. Since we have nearly unlimited abilities, we have basically 100% uptime on Radiant. More damage.

3. Purpose - Orb of Power provides elemental buff, in our case, Void Overshield. This is for survival purposes, 70% DR from the Shield is immense, and contributes massively to the DR formula. See Damage Reduction for a detailed explanation.

4. Ruin - Increase the Size and Damage of Ignitions, and Stasis Shatters. The build is based almost entirely around this fragment. I've wanted a Stasis/Solar setup like this for ages.

5. Balance - We're mostly generating Melee energy here to keep up our Radiant, and Inmost Light Feedback loop. On the occasion we clear out adds with our melee, we are also generating grenade energy. Overall great for the Inmost light loop.

6. Dominance - This augments our grenade, drastically improving its performance. This is mostly here to amp up the add clear potential of our Arcbolt Grenade, to the point that every time it's thrown, it basically always procs a followup Gunpowder Gamble. I wanted more access to Amplified in the setup, so making the Arcbolt Grenade perform it's best was valuable to me.

1. Gunpowder Gamble - Ability Kills and Kills against debuffed targets charge an Ignition Grenade. Massive part of why this build is so potent synergy-wise. Additional Grenade casts to provide uptime of Cyrtarachne and give more Inmost light Stacks.

2. Winter's Shroud - Dodging Slows Nearby Targets, it also provides 50% DR for ~4 seconds according to the Destiny Data Compendium. Since we get our Melee back from dodges, we can basically instantly Freeze anything in close proximity between the Slow on Dodge + the slow on Withering Blade. Additionally, slowing targets provides increased cooldown reduction to your class ability. Triggered by itself, Withering Blade, Duskfield Grenades (if equipped), as well as Chill Clip.

1. Gambler's Dodge - When you dodge near an enemy, we get our melee back. Contributes heavily to Inmost Light loop, and synergizes with "Winter's Shroud".

2. Triple Jump - Personal preference, use what you like.

3. Withering Blade - Has two charges, slows, provides darkness synergies for building prismatic bars, and for slowing/freezing champions or really anything.

4. Arcbolt Grenade - I've found this to be the best grenade option for this build. Without other instances of Scorch, Swarm Grenades are pretty low in value. Duskfield Grenade is somewhat redundant, we have so much access to slow, that this grenade feels pretty lackluster. Grapple Grenade would be a decent option if you wanted more mobility. Void Magnetic Grenade actually really surprised me with it's single target damage, and I may swap over to this after this seasonal artifact is gone for access to weaken without ultimate, but Arcbolt felt better with Jolt in terms of AoE clearing power, as well as the ability to nearly instantly create a Gunpowder Gamble.

5. Shadowshot: Deadfall - Weaken, damage spread, Suppression, and enables Void Overshields via orb pickups.

Kinetic Slot

Tinasha's Mastery - Full ammo pickups on double special builds, synergy via Chill Clip to enable Winter's Shroud class ability recovery, and being able to Freeze/Shatter when combined with a single dodge or powered melee attack. As well as the ability to build Gunpowder Gamble stacks without being a Solar weapon by killing verb debuffed enemies.

Energy Slot

Ergo Sum - Some of the most efficient add clear, and high end single target damage rotations in the same package. This weapon is seriously worth the grind time in the Pale Heart.

Heavy Slot

VS Chill Inhibitor - What can I say, this thing cooks. It's the best HGL in the game right now, and it's here to have reserve/scavenger synergy with TInasha's.

Resilience > Discipline > Mobility > Intelligence > Strength > Recovery

Stats for my live build is as follows

80 Mobility 100 Resilience 10 Recovery 100 Discipline 30 Intelligence 30 Strength

1. 80 Mobility is ideal, you'll be sacrificing some mobility in order to fit all of the high capacity mods the build calls for. 20 additional points of Mobility only equates to 2 more seconds of cooldown, and its much better spent elsewhere.

2. 100 Resilience is mandatory, and our static DR. Always Maximize.

3. 10 Recovery is our throwaway stat. We don't want to invest into it.

4. 100 Discipline is mandatory to maximize our grenade cooldowns to make best use of our Exotic Cloak perks.

5. 40 Intelligence is the minimum for soft cap returns. We have so much orb generation that investing into this stat past 30 is mostly wasted. Especially past 60.

6. 30 Strength seems like its not worth investing into as we get our melee back via dodge, but since Withering Blade has two charges and you only recover ONE on dodge, the additional cooldown recovery still puts in work towards the second charge at nearly all times. Invest into strength with leftover points, instead of going for 100 Mobility. Its a bait, even though it looks good.

1. Helmet - Special Ammo Finder x1, Arc Siphon x1, Stasis Siphon x1 - Special ammo finders don't get as much value on double Special Builds, but since we're getting so many kills with Ergo Sum, which benefits from the Exotic Multiplier for progressing Ammo Finders, it gets decent value in keeping our ammo economy up. Arc/Stasis siphons for orb generation. Stasis mostly there if we need to clear out some packs with Tinasha's.

2. Hands - Heavy Handed x1, Firepower x1, Stasis Loader x1 - More orb generation for the setup, and a loader for our two Stasis weapons.

3. Chest - Stasis Reserves x2, Arc Reserves x1 - We have so much damage reduction that the DR mods on the chest offer very little for us. More reserves = more ammo on pickups, so these keep us ammo efficient. Lucent Blades also don't get much value, as Ergo Sum gets +50 to charge rate while prismatic.

4. Legs - Recouperation x1, Orbs of Restoration x1, Stasis Scavenger, x1 - Sustain for ourselves via orb pickup, cooldown reduction on orb pickup for skill feedback loops, and a scavenger to ensure our stasis weapons stay topped off.

5. Cloak - Reaper x1, Powerful Attraction x1, Special Finisher x1 - Orb generation, orb pickup, and special ammo generation .

1. Place Tether on/near the boss, and dump any melee/grenade charges before activating Prismatic on the approach.

2. Activate Prismatic > Throw Prismatic Grenade > Throw Melee Charge > Shoot Kinetic Slot > Swap to sword and Wave frame Heavy (followup heavy to close gap is optional/situational) > Swap to Heavy, Throw Melee Charge (Radiant), and dump Bait and Switch buffed Magazine(s).

3. From here, you want to cast your Prismatic Grenade off Cooldown. While Prismatic, Ergo Sum gains +50 to charge rate, allowing you to do Heavy > Light > Light > Heavy > Light > Light spamming with the sword.

4. Use your dodge to scoop up orbs whenever you start to get low, and swap into your kinetic slot periodically to keep up Radiant for damage phases. Dodge + Melee will also slow/freeze the boss, giving increased damage to the next heavy/special damage shot that hits them. Don't underestimate this.

5. Mix in Bait and Switch Grenade volleys when prismatic wears off to build back up Darkness bar, Ergo will take care of Light bar. I've been able to max my Prismatic form out in under 5 seconds.
