How It Works

SO.......

You want to get off Praxic Blade?

Collective Obligation saw a HUGE rework prior to Renegades, and I must say, that it is quite the machine now with the changes! The weapon saw it's DPS increase from 20% to 30% while Void Leech is active. With Weakening applied, this weapon turns the tide in spectacular fashion. Taking this a step further, 2 Surges for an additional 17% bonus stacks out the weapon with a 47% DPS bonus with Void Leech, while the target takes an additional 15% damage.

While it's no secret Primaries are struggling in the sandbox, this is one of the rare exceptions everyone is SLEEPING on!

How the cycles work-

Aim for 100 Strength first. This ensures quick recovery of the Throwing Shield when picking up Void Breaches (constantly spawned from the Shield and Echo of Harvest) and Orbs (via Orbs of Restoration). After this, it's all about the gunplay. +150 Weapons is quite achievable with this build, the higher the better. I'd argue that hitting 70 on Grenade is more important, and then EVERYTHING left can just be dumped into Weapons.

The Super Font supplements the gaps the stat will have. It is quite possible to go +100 on Melee and Grenade, then have +150 on Weapons. This amounts to tremendous ouput and loads of ammo, should one choose to run a Finder in place of Hands On or the Super Font. The Helmet Mods and Class Item Mods are quite flexible, so feel free to experiment. The others? Not so much.

The goal is to enhance CO as much as possible. Shield Break Charge naturally synergizes with the passive playstyle of Second Chances, and gives near permanent Armor Charge in any Endgame with Taken, Vex or Scorn. This plays strongly into the Artifact even further, as Overload Pulse pairs perfectly with these enemies. While the lack of Barrier Champs might seem to shortchange Second Chances, there is no shortage of uptime with the Throwing Shield thanks to the endless Void Breaches and Momentum Transfer.

Gameplay Loop

1.Chuck the Frisbee at enemies 2.Poke with Collective for Leech 3.Throw Grenade 4.Chuck Frisbee for clean up 5.Apply Collective debuffs to majors 6.Rinse & Repeat
