The now-famous power behind this season/episode's Titan lies within the Arc Striker's "Storm's Keep" aspect, which boosts our barricades with the ability to generate Bolt Charge for anyone standing behind it, and allows us to strike our enemies with Bolt Charge using our weapons.

Our exotic armor, Hazardous Propulsion, boosts our barricade activation even further, by discharging Kinetic Exodus rockets to deal massive damage. Stacks of those Exodus rockets are earned by gaining precision hits with our weapons. This is where our weapon of choice comes into play.

The magic of Le Monarque is in it's unique strengths. The weapon's description states: "Arrows fired quickly after a full draw become poison arrows. Precision hits with poison arrows stun the combatant and spread poison to nearby ones." It also goes on to explain it stuns Overload champions (and that's not needed for Barrier and Unstoppable Champions, but could be useful in other activities).

One very special artifact mod keeps this entire loop going with the most minimal of effort: Volatile Marksman, which grants us Volatile Rounds on rapid Void precision hits or Void final blows. However, by boosting your artifact through the Tome of Want, you gain a boost to this mod: Volatile explosions grant class ability energy.

What that means for you: just by being a sharpshooter with Le Monarque, you keep the entire lightning strike, rocket blasting, void explosion loop going. Fire your arrows and everything dies...and your fireteam can join in on the fun!

The abilties you'll lean into for this build are simple: you need to shoot over your barricade, so choose the rally barricade – and afford yourself a little protection and draw fire to it just by putting it down.

This season/episode, you'll want to lean into the Flashbang grenade a little more, as it helps with a blinding crowd-control blast — but it also stuns Unstoppable champions. It's super helpful.

Lastly, if push comes to shove, Thunderclap allows you to station in place and strike a devastating area-of-effect blow to your targeted enemy. Switch this with Seismic Strike if you're daring enough to stun an Unstoppable with a running shoulder charge in endgame content, as it will blind all nearby enemies upon hit, but leave you at risk, typically away from your trusty barricade.

The aspects I've chosen for this activity include Storm's Keep, which gives you all that magical lightning barricade goodness...and Knockout.

Knockout infuses your punches (and powered melees) with Arc energy when your enemies are weak, and gives you a little health and makes you Amplified upon melee kill. Amplified gives you a little bit of damage resistance and makes it more difficult for enemies to strike you with projectile damage. This is great for moments when you're in a little close quarters jam. See the "Your Abilities" section for powered melee recommendations.

The fragments chosen for this build revolve around making Bolt Charge acquisition easier. If you're Amplified, you'll gain double, maybe triple the amount of Bolt Charge stacks depending on what you kill. Killing enemies with Bolt Charge creates Ionic Traces, which travel back to you and give you stacks of Bolt Charge. Lastly, we have a fragment that gives you damage resistance whenever you're surrounded...a standard in all Arc subclass builds.

The armor mods in place ensure you have additional means to get your abilities back (should you stray from the initial loop itself) and some other bonuses:

HEAD: Dynamo gives you Super energy just for dropping your barricade near the enemy. Void Siphon rewards you with orbs for going crazy with the bow.

ARMS: Throw your grenade as an emergency failsafe to stun Unstoppables or to blind a trash mob, and charge your class ability upon grenade hit.

CHEST: These mods you can change as needed per activity...go nuts.

LEGS: Recuperation is always a smart play if you're not relying on your Knockout aspect to stay alive. Insulation's great for your class ability regeneration, but Absolution ensures each ability gets a little love if you need it.

MARK: Reaper gives you an orb for the first kill you get after you throw down your barricade. It's a free bonus to your gameplay loop. Use Distribution to gain energy for all your abilities when activating your barricade. You can swap this out with Bomber if needed to get your grenade back faster on barricade activation (which gives you class ability on hit, as you may recall). Lastly, if you're collecting orbs, you'll gain stacks of armor charge, and if you run out of barricade and have three stacks of armor charge, you'll get your barricade right back. It's all about keeping that loop going.

The artifact is a little too juiced this episode...but the obvious mods need to be utilized here for maximum results:
