My Rime Coat Raiment Build
Super is completely interchangeable but I performed best using Song of Flame due to the crazy regen buff to roaming supers recently and it's damage output which is arguably the best out of all the roaming supers on Prismatic Warlock. Other viable super options include Nova Bomb, Winter's Wrath and Needlestorm. I haven't tried Stormtrance yet, feel free to give it a try.
Throwing a bleak watcher and shooting the stasis crystals spawned when done so with a Rimestealer Liturgy will grant frost armour and also shatter any frozen targets, nice little double whammy.
Graviton Lance works super nicely with this build as it triggers explosions on kills adding to your kill tally (I love being top of the leaderboard for kills don't know about you haha). Graviton also pairs with the void siphon mod on your helmet to make orb generation pretty easy.
Heavy weapon is completely up to you. I like to use my Eager Edge Vorpal Weapon Falling Guillotine roll and it worked very well but you could also use Chill Inhibitor or Bitter/Sweet, it's all up to your personal preference.
