1. Throw bleak watcher
2. Use arcane needles to proc devour
3. Shatter crystals from bleak watcher using stasis rocket sidearm (also a source of devour if shatter damage defeats targets)
4. Spam bleak watchers
5. Repeat

NOTE: If no abilities, Parabellum with heal clip can be used for healing. I would also advise having attrition orbs on the weapon to help generate orbs for super regen, but you can use any weapon with Heal Clip (such as Aberrant Action with Heal Clip and Incandescent or Heliocentric with Heal Clip and Incandescent). Winter's Wrath (stasis super) not required, you can use whatever but I would advise either Winter's Wrath, Nova Bomb or Song of Flame.

Facet of Command works super nicely with this build because of all the freezing options from the super and bleak watchers, as well as chill clip on the stasis rocket sidearm.

Use a stasis heavy weapon (The Slammer, VS Chill Inhibitor, Dimensional Hypotrochoid) so the element matches the rocket sidearm. This means all stasis mods apply to both the Sidearm and Heavy weapon. You could also do a Sanguine Alchemy hot swap.

Hands On and Ashes to Assets aren't necessary I just like that my super regens a bit faster. These can easily be swapped for Ammo Finder mods or additional Siphon mods for your secondary weapon. Additionally, more weapon surges can be applied on the boots if you wish. The build is quite flexible this is just how I like playing it.
