Build Details
With Ager's scepter being able to freeze its perfect for the new seasonal artifact perk Harsh refraction 35% damage vs targets effected by elemental debuffs. Slow, Freeze from our prismatic hunter build and from Ager's scepter gives us a constant minimum damage of 35% upto 145%. Mask of fealty gives us enhanced stasis melee that create stasis shards for more damage and freezing.
Apply slow or freeze from many options on this build. Melee, duskfield grenade, super or getting a kill with Ager's scepter. This will keep Harsh refraction going all the time for a 35% damage increase. Mask of fealty gives us stasis crystals on melee hits and creates fanfires of icey melees for more shatter damage and more elemental debuffs. Elemental super charger also gives us lots of super energy so we can use the enhanced Agers laser beam from the catalyst of the weapon
