Activating Gathering Storm calls down lightning on all nearby targets, jolting them while also amplifying allies. Defeating Arc debuffed targets grants a small amount of Gathering Storm energy.

Able to super spam- Jolt and bolt absolutely everything, take care of overloads and unstops easily
- High DPS on boss with supers, great add killing with abilities
weaknesses
No way to force heal.- Without adds to grant bolt charge abilities take a bit to reset.
- Reliant on adds for elemental pick ups
Build Details
Stacked with the artifact mods. Tempest strike shines for once generating mass amount of bolt charge.
Ascension works as a way to jolt everything around you and reset tempest for another hit.
Rotations are. Tempest strike, ascension, tempest strike, use primary to jolt and get bolt charge to reset melee, repeat.
Jolting flash bang for champs and bosses.
Cast super any time you see champions, yellow bars or bosses. (Resets instantly with the artifact and exotic armor)
Recommend going for mobility(to use ascension as another way to reset tempest strike and hit extra jolt) Resilience for survivability obviously. And discipline for more flash bangs.
Now go jolt and bolt absolutely everything and watch the lighting chain away!
