This build features the "newly" reworked Karnstein Armlets to grant powerful survivability and counteract the downside of Tommy's Matchbook.

Karnstein Armlets exotic perk is Vampire's Caress which on a melee kill grants Cure x3(230 HP heal) and Restoration x1(35 HP per second) for 8 seconds, and when a finisher is used for Cure x3 and Restoration x2(50 HP per second) for 8 seconds.

This by itself is quite powerful, but our chosen aspects and fragments allow us to enhance it even further. With Ember of Solace, we can extend the duration of restoration granted by Vampire's Caress to 12 seconds. Any source of Restoration after proc'ing Vampire's Caress will fully refresh the timer to 12 seconds. To play into this we run both Pheonix Dive and Heat Rises, since while Heat Rises is active using Pheonix Dive grants restoration. This will not only refresh our restoration to 12 seconds but if we only have restoration x1 it will increase it to x2.

Our second choice for aspect is Hellion as it allows us to make use of Phoenix Dive's quick cooldown to grant passive scorch and damage to the build. Using Ember of Singeing will pair nicely with both Tommy's and Hellion to grant much faster class abilities.

As for our other fragments, we run Ember of Searing to aid Heat Rises in generating melee energy as well as Firesprites and Ember of Ashes for enhancing scorch.

Our armor mods play into orb generation and grenade kickstart to help with grenade regeneration since there is little helping our grenade, as well as Powerful Attraction and Proximity Ward for easier orb grabs and an overshield to enable finishers in any content.
