I don't know why, but for some reason when you have an arc super equipped Lucky Raspberry gives you 20% grenade energy on arc weapon final blows. It says this nowhere on the exotic, but it does that. Lodestar is also pretty good since it's capable of mass applying jolt, giving you grenade energy thanks to the actual exotic perk, and a bunch of gunpowder gamble stacks.
