Build Details
- Take your time
- Contingency Plan is arguably one of the best pve arc scout rifles simply because it is rapid fire.
- your scout can slowly, but effectively chunk down what you need before entering the battlefield
- utilize one for all by killing low health targets and then high health ones (refresh the same way)
- use your rally barricade to boost reload speed of your scout and machine gun if needed (rare with actium)
- Get Amped
- Knockout is devistating to trash ads, heals you on kill, makes you amplified, help you trigger "Spark of Amplitude," and Spark of Beacons Note: rapid arc kills will also make you amplified
- Spark of Instinct will help you lower targets hp for multiple knockout kills if you get hit too much while using your melee for amplified, it also triggers while charging thunderclap which allows you to spread jolt damage with a huge punch
- Punish all Arc Shields
- if any enemies have arc shields aim for thier crit spot and start firing your arc weapon to trigger "Retinal Burn, and Arc Compounding"
- Quadruple Blind
- utilize Touch of Thunder in tandem with your flashbang grenade to blind and jolt enemies, then land arc crits to trigger "Retinal Burn, and Arc Compounding" for yet another blind, and yet another on kill with "Spark of Beacons," if using your heavy weapon and amplified
- make good use of your grenade to wipe out rooms because from the moment that first blind hits, you have a massive chain of arc damage that can be used to trigger "Spark of Amplitude" to create orbs for you and your allies (kills within 4 seconds of each other trigger it, but it has a 10 second cooldown which is a perfect time to pop a rally barricade and use your scout to conserve ammo
- Thundercrash
- without curiass or star eater thundercrash is a bit lacking so it is okay to use on champions, and higher health minions
- remember to look before you leap, and try to land in a spot that is good for you to pop a rally barricade for your allies to move up with

fill in other artifact mods as desired!
note : I personally use this build with 21% Delirium it deals less damage but has more reserves. It's ultimately your choice which to use but if you have 21% I recommend it over thunderlord
