Artifact Perks missing - Threadling Proliferation, Pack tactics, Threaded Blast, Energy Acceleration, Elemental Overdrive, Tangled Web
Top Slot - New Malpais or Mint Retrograde with Rewind Rounds and Slice
3rd Slot - New Strand Rocket or any rocket with AoE add clear or stat buffs.
Weapon perks - Ammo generation to keep your Top Slot full with ammo.
Sets don't really matter, anything for healing is good though as Strand suffers in this area.
