Your Bleak Watcher turrets are enhanced with extended range and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm. While standing in the storm, you are granted icicles over time. Icicles activate when you fire your weapons, applying Slow to targets they hit.
Build Details
The goal of this build is to have buffed stasis turrets out on the battlefield at all times.
We can achieve this with our new exotic Rime-Coat Raiment. Now, our stasis turrets will have increased range while also making stasis crystals around them. We can shoot those crystals to proc whisper of shards to gain grenade energy. If you keep this buff up, you will be able to throw another turret out before the original one goes away.
Those stasis crystals are also great for damage. With whisper of rime, not only are you getting more damage to frozen targets, but you can also destroy crystals faster. You can then play into whisper of fissures to increase that shatter damage and make the radius bigger. For ever more crystals, make sure to run a weapon with a headstone to synergize with everything above.
Your stasis turret and slow effects also get to last longer with whisper of durance, and that makes it easier to loop it as well. This is also nice for the second part of Rime-Coat Raiment so you can stand in the circle to shoot more icicles.
On top of all that, there are a plethora of artifact perks that can synergize with all of this.
- Throw you bleak watcher on nearby or at enemies
- Shoot two or more stasis crystals to proc whisper of shards
- Stand beside your turret to shoot additional slowing icicles
- Collect all stasis shards for frost armor and ability energy
- Use all of your abilities all the time because of how fast you get them
