This build is going to allow you to have infinite stasis turrets and arc souls to do all your bidding.

With Getaway Artist's you can consume your arc grenade to make you amplified and to make an arc soul. This will pair with your bleak watcher aspect to also create a stasis turret when you consume. When either of these get kills they will proc devour which grants health on kill and grenade energy.

With devour and Getaway Artist's granting grenade energy on arc soul damage you will be able to spam this all the time. Taking a grenade kickstart and innervation is also nice to further feed into more grenades.

For you fragments ruin will give your stasis shatter more damage and a bigger explosion. Sacrifice will let your arc soul also grant darkness energy for transcendence. Courage will let your arc soul and nova bomb do more damage. Hope will let you use your phoenix dive* more often for health and armor mods. Finally protection will grant you some extra damage resist**.

Final note is to remember to take storm grenade and you can use whatever weapon you would like. Kinetic weapons are nice though because they will grant both light and dark energy for you transcendence.
