Viscous is a mysterious green goo man that can be an absolute nuisance to the enemy team, due to his wide range of disruptive crowd control effects.

Strengths
Incredibly hard to kill due to combination of tankiness and mobility.
Adds an inherent safety net to his team with (2) The Cube.
High skill cap that rewards time invested for mastery.
Weaknesses
One of the more difficult characters to learn due to high skill cap.
Using the (4) Goo Ball effectively requires comfortable map knowledge.
Misplaced (3) Puddle Punches can put an ally in danger or save an enemy from death.
