Standard Carry Victor, fairly cookie-cutter leaning very heavily towards Spirit and Survivability.

Sustain in lane with Extra Regen and Extra Spirit.

Sustain even harder in lane with Improved Spirit and Extra Charge.

Early increased farming power with Cultist Sacrifice, make sure to use it on the large camps at 8 minutes.

Even more sustain with Radiant Regeneration and Rapid Recharge.

Infuser is Victor's strongest Power spike and from this point on, Victor can look to start or come to fights when obtained.

The new Blood Tribute is fantastic with Victor and the 40% Debuff Resistance greatly helps with tanking through items like Toxic Bullets or Mo And Krill's Combo.

Witchmail to generate more usage of Pain Battery.

Ethereal Shift has great synergy with Aura of Suffering so make sure to turn on Aura before casting Etheral Shift.

Refresher for the extreme late game for 3 lives with Shocking Reanimation.

Dispel Magic may be useful against Warden's Binding Word or Vindicta's Stake.

Warp Stone to help maneuver and stick on to more evasive players.

Bullet Resilience can be replaced with Superior Cooldown for more tankiness against heavily gun team drafts.
