Mystic Expansion are core purchases.
Veil Walker and 
Surge of Power are the strongest 3ks you can buy directly after lane, giving sustain and massive damage for your bolt.
Compress Cooldown is also valuable for more frequent bolt usage.
Sprint Boots and 
Enduring Speed with boots + Veil Walker , you become very difficult to catch in side lanes, though they are not mandatory.
Greater Expansion and 
Duration Extender are great quality-of-life upgrades for Sinclair’s kit at this stage.
Boundless Spirit and 
Tankbuster help maintain kill pressure into late game.
Mystic Reverb or 
Spirit Burn for stronger single-target DPS.
Diviner's Kevlar, 
Vortex Web, or 
Silence Wave- each provides strong team support at the cost of some damage.
