Silver has been incredibly powerful out the gates, here's our recommendations for how to build her.

Silver has a very weak gun for laning, buy Headshot Booster to help supplement it
Restorative Shot for some sustain.
Backstabber has some good synergy for Silver, we greatly appreciate the speed and bullet penetration.
Then, rush Kinetic Dash to hit weapon breakpoint early as well as greatly benefit from the extra ammo and fire rate in Werewolf Form.
