Deadlock Billy Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths

  • Tons of crowd control, easily able to shut down very mobile champions

  • Great gun scaling, and with Billy's innate bullet shred and melee- reloads makes him have very consistent and strong damage.

  • Very durable, with easy ways to apply melee effects such as Lifesteal, and double dipping from Blasted siphon melee leeching. Billy can end up having a strong sustain and a very large health pool.

Weaknesses

  • Easily kited, once Rising Ram is used, Billy has no ways of dodging or evading spells.

  • Very susceptible to Silence as well.

  • High skill cap usage in weaving Billy's spells and punches at the same time.
