PoE 2 Release Date, and How to Get Early Access

Path of Exile 2's Early Access will release on December 6th, 2024.

There is currently no information on a full release for the game or how long Early Access will last.

Originally, the plan was to launch a beta, but the wording used is now “Early Access.” For all intents and purposes, the wording is the same, but in the past, it was called Closed Beta.

Early Access will feature 6 playable classes, 12 total Ascension classes (2 for each), 3 campaign acts, and a fully fleshed out endgame system.

PoE 2's reveal livestream has shown that players will be able to purchase access to the Closed Beta through Supporter Packs. These packs come with premium currency that you can use to buy things like Stash Tabs or other microtransactions. You will get the full value from these supporter packs, on top of an Early Access key.

Free Key for Long-Time PoE Customers

If you've spent a lifetime total of $480 on PoE purchases, you will be given an Early Access key for free. This is to express gratitude for long time supporters of the game.

For those who haven't spent enough money in PoE 1 or are new PoE players, you will need to purchase a Supporter Pack. The lowest tier will start at $30 and go up. You can take a look at the supporter packs below or look at PoE's official site.
